MY DESIGNS

I aim to create aesthetically pleasing and relaxing atmospheres. Contemporary, minimalist and industrial are my preferred styles, however I do occasionally experiment with other styles. I like to use different textures, colours, lighting, shapes and levels to create unique spaces and designs.

Typhon - Shirogane - W2 - P60 - R2

The Hingan Garden was one of my earlier projects. I thought having an outdoor looking area indoors was a cool idea, so I decided to give it a go. The Blue Moon Phasmascape and Fool's Threshold were used to create a bright and open atmosphere. Doman Dogwood and Bamboo Planters add greenary and nature and contribute to the outdoor look. The gentle movement of the water and swimming Koi from the Eastern Indoor Ponds provides a dynamic aspect to the build.

Sephirot - Empyreum - W6 - P30 - R2

A bright contemporary build with elements and ideas inspired by other builders I have seen on Youtube and HousingSnap.

Sephirot - The Lavender Beds - W18 - P13

^{Commission for Keter Class@Sephirot}Amaurotine styled lounge on the main floor. Featuring a custom door, fireplace and an Emet Selch Shrine.

Basement contains a dark contemporary bedroom featuring a mix of concrete, wood and metal finishes. Greenery was included to provide contrast and vibrance. Lamps and pendants used in specific areas to cast shadows and ambient light.

Sephirot - Mist - W22 - P33

^{Commission for Aurielle Orselfaux@Sephirot}Modern, dark, dim lighting. A sophisticated shale brown, black and grey combination with wood accents to contrast.

The flooring through the main floor is kept light to lift the dark coloured scheme. Custom island, wooden accents brighten the kitchen and an overhead rack to hold a collection of indoor planters.

Black, grey and shale brown bedroom decor is illuminated by a dropped ceiling and stunning floor to ceiling windows showing off midnight city lights. A paissa floor lamp, carbuncle plush and an array of flowers brighten the room.

Typhon - Shirogane - W2 - P54

My first home. My first modern house. My first project that involved glitching furniture.It was the first time I attempted a custom door. I remember looking through tons of items for a door handle, and finding out 99% of them didn't work due to nearby clipping.It was the first time I tried to create custom downlights. This was before Luminous Wooden Lofts and Pendant Wall Lights were a thing. I ended up using Snowman butts :3 (which I have since replaced a few with Pendants)It was the first time I had made a custom fireplace. I spent hours looking through items to create a perfect floating flush look that couldn't be seen from the loft above.It was the first time for a custom kitchen. Elements inspired from real life display homes. My proudest is the island table with the waterfall edges.

The exterior is an Hingan style, created to match the Shirogane housing district. Featuring a Japanese Dry Garden and a Secluded Onsen.

Featuring a baby grand, custom alcove reading nooks, modern kitchen and a snug bedroom.Imagine stepping into a delightful oasis that is both adorable and immaculate. This charming hampton-esque home is designed with a playful pastel pink theme that adds a touch of whimsy and lightness to the space. The careful attention to detail and impeccable cleanliness makes it a joy to inhabit and a place that will immediately feel like home.

As you enter the space, you are immediately greeted by the stunning baby grand piano, which serves as the centerpiece of the living room. The custom alcove reading nooks are the perfect place to cozy up with a good book or simply relax and take in the serene atmosphere. The natural light that floods the room adds to the feeling of warmth and comfort, creating an inviting ambiance that is impossible to resist.

The modern kitchen is a chef's dream, with state-of-the-art appliances and plenty of counter space to create delicious meals. The pastel pink backsplash adds a unique touch of elegance and sophistication, while the large island bench invites guests to gather for a delightful meal or a lively conversation.

The snug bedroom is the perfect place to retreat after a long day, with its plush bedding and soft lighting that creates a tranquil and restful environment. The muted tones of pastel pink make it a peaceful haven, where you can unwind and recharge for the next day.

- Depending on time constraints, I may not offer the Furnishing Service.
- Furnishing fee is an estimation. It will vary depending on build and/or DC.

PROCESS

1. Intro
Message me on Discord with the following so I have an idea of you are looking for:
- Size + District
- Theme + Colours + Materials

I will give you an estimated timeframe for when I can start work on your design.2. Agreement
When I am ready to start work on your design, I will contact you on Discord to confirm the details. 50% deposit must be paid before I start work on your deisgn.3. Commencement
I will send you screenshot updates and plans of your design. Please give me as much feedback as you can during this time.4. Approval
Once the design is complete and approved by yourself, remaining 50% payment must be paid.5. Construction
Once paid, I will send you the furnishing list and organise a time to construct your home in-game.

TERMS OF SERVICE

- Commissions may take up to 1-3 weeks to be finished depending on my irl commitments.- I will not build a copy of another design (please do not send me a FFXIV build as reference).- I don't do part commissions to finish off a build (e.g. basement already done, please only build on ground floor) or if I'm not allowed to use all available furniture slots (you may request for me to leave a few slots for NPCs, interactive furnishing or seasonal decorative items).- I will contact you throughout the commission for feedback, particularly between the start and middle of the commission. Please be prompt in your responses to ensure there are no delays.- I reserve the right to post the final product on my Carrd and Youtube.- I reserve the right to reject commissions that don't fit my style.- If I reject a commission or you cancel before I start, the deposit will be refunded in full.- If I have already completed more than 50% of the commission, the deposit will not be refunded.- You are free to change the design as you see fit afterwards, however please let me know before you do so.
